What is the minimum stay?
One month. We specialise in long-term, move-in-ready housing for professionals, expats, and students — not short-term or holiday stays.
Are utilities included in the price?
Yes. The total monthly price shown on each listing is all-inclusive — water, gas, electricity, and high-speed Wi-Fi are covered. Where a listing separately shows a "base rent," that figure excludes utilities; the total price is what you actually pay.
Can I view the apartment before deciding?
Yes. If you'd like, we're happy to arrange a viewing before you commit to anything — just let us know when you get in touch.
How fast can I move in?
Once you're ready, move-in can typically happen quickly — no long waiting periods. Let us know your target date when you contact us and we'll confirm availability.
Are the apartments fully furnished?
Yes — furniture, appliances, kitchen essentials, and linens are all included, so you can move in and start living from day one.
What about the security deposit and notice period?
These are set per listing and contract. Contact us with the apartment you're interested in and we'll walk you through the specific terms.
Where are the apartments located?
In Antwerp's most sought-after neighbourhoods, close to public transport, restaurants, and cultural spots.

Is parking available?
Our apartments don't come with private parking, and there's no street parking available directly on Ommeganckstraat. The nearest public garage, Q-Park Astridplein, is a short walk away next to Antwerp Central Station.
Are these apartments suitable for corporate relocations, including Port of Antwerp employees?
Yes — many of our tenants are professionals on corporate assignments in and around Antwerp, including staff relocating for roles at the Port of Antwerp. The apartments are centrally located near Antwerp Central Station, with fast rail and ring-road (R1) connections across the region, fully furnished and all-inclusive from day one — built for a straightforward relocation rather than a hotel stay.
